At Bright Start Childcare & Learning Center, we believe that the people caring for your child make all the difference. Our preschool team is dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

Our staff members bring a variety of educational backgrounds, experiences, and strengths to our program. All of our preschool staff hold at least an associate degree, while our owner and director holds a master’s degree and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of communication sciences and disorders.

The safety and well-being of the children in our care is our highest priority. All preschool staff members undergo fingerprinting and a thorough hiring and interview process before joining our team. Staff also participate in ongoing professional development each year to continually expand their knowledge and skills.

Required training includes First Aid and CPR certification, Health and Safety Orientation, Infant Safe Sleep and Period of Purple Crying, Protective Factors, Infectious Disease Prevention, Mandated Reporter Training, and many other courses designed to support children’s health, safety, development, and well-being.
